Schools, who have been in the Consulting Industry for last 15 years.

Chartered Accountant
by profession, he has more than six years of experience with various
types of clients including multinational companies. With expertise
in corporate finance, and RBI compliance, he plans & performs audits
of multinational companies. He has a
good overview of matters regarding company laws
and is also expert in US
Taxation Laws especially in 1040 & 1120 (S) & US GAAP.
He is an expert in providing software
solutions according to the needs of the business. He has vast
knowledge and experience in handling & supervising Accounting
Transcription, Payroll Processing, Global Finance and US Tax
Return’s Off shoring work.

his field of operation. His expertise
is company law matters & Indian taxation laws. He is also acting as
investment consultant especially risks management through insurance
for various types of clients and is also an expert in US GAAP & US
Taxation laws.
He is an
expert in providing investment solutions according to the needs of
the business. He has vast knowledge and experience in handling &
supervising Accounting Transcription, Payroll Processing, Project
Financing and US Accounting Off shoring work.

for leading companies in India, USA, Singapore and UK.
He brings to the company an in-depth knowledge of the BPO sector,
strong process orientation, great understanding of technology, and
people management skills. And this experience comes into play while
serving demanding US customers with committed turnaround times.
